    PARCEL NUMBER: 050-003009

    APPLICANT: Life Community Church, c/o Dan Burmeister, 4400 Cemetery Road, Hilliard, Ohio 43026; and Andy Warnock, 3523 Goldenrod Street, Hilliard, Ohio 43026.

    REQUEST: Review & approval of a lot split under Hilliard Code Section 1188.05, a Level “B” Site Plan under Code Chapter 1131, a conditional use under Code Section 1123.03, and a sign variance under Code Section 1129.08 for a 16,833-square-foot recreation facility on 1.033 acres.

    This proposal is for an indoor fieldhouse to be located on Brown Park Drive. If approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, the application will require Variances to be approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals.

    APPLICANT: Vessel Partners, LLC, c/o Pete Miller, 1948 Fishinger Road, Columbus, Ohio 43221; and Andy Johanni, 4653 Trueman Boulevard, Hilliard, Ohio 43026.

    REQUEST: Review & approval of a rezoning from R-1, Low Density Residential, to PUD, Planned Unit Development, for a development consisting of 6 office buildings on 4.05 acres.

    This rezoning would allow for small scale office uses within this property. The current proposal shows medical offices in the first building to be constructed.  A similar plan was passed on this property in 2008, however that plan expired. This new application is very similar to the previously approved plan. If approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, this case will then require approval by City Council.
