The City is midway through an important process to update its vision and plan for the future. We’ve heard many great ideas so far. Now we need your feedback on the draft designs.
Hilliard by Design will create a major update to the City’s comprehensive plan – the master document that informs many decisions about the location, character, and extent of public and private development, land use, and infrastructure.
Join us at Hilliard community events throughout the months of June and July to share your thoughts.
Don't miss out! Stop by one of the community events to participate. Giveaway prizes will be available to those who provide their ideas in-person at the events!

There are several surveys on the tabbed sections below. Please review and comment on the draft vision and big ideas (survey 1), then provide feedback on any of the focus areas (surveys 2-6). You can complete any of the topics that you care about.
Note: The future land use maps and concepts are general guides that depict the City's desired outcome. Plans are schematic only, and the actual mix of land uses, locations and configuration of roads, buildings, parking, etc. will be determined through the public review process in the future for each development site. Properties retain all existing rights.
