The Community Plan has been approved!

Thank you for your participation throughout the Hilliard by Design planning process. The plan is a long-term vision and guide for Hilliard’s growth that should reflect the steering committee’s discussions, direction from the public, and findings from technical analysis shared over the past 18 months.
